Drive‑In: Bring your car to the shop. ECU removal is paid separately. No shipping required. Vehicle drop‑off is available on business days only, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Drive‑in may be unavailable, please call to confirm.
Walk‑In: Bring only the ECU. No shipping required. ECU drop‑off is available on business days only, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

How it works

1) Create an order in the portal

Click Create Order in Portal and complete checkout inside your account at us-orders.femtoevo.com.

Payment is available only after review: a Stripe payment link will appear in your portal account once your order is reviewed.

2) Choose the service option

  • Mail‑In: Ship ECU to Miami. Shipping cost is not included and will be added after calculation.
  • Drive‑In: Bring your car. ECU removal is paid separately. Business days 9:00 AM–2:00 PM. Call ahead.
  • Walk‑In: Bring only the removed ECU. Business days 9:00 AM–2:00 PM.

3) Order completed

When your order status becomes Processed, your unlock is ready.

Return shipping is handled by FEMTOEVO’s logistics partner. Tracking will be added to your order.
