Femto Miami – ECU Programming (Unlock Service)

Femto Miami provides professional ECU programming (Unlock service).

This service prepares and enables the Engine Control Unit (ECU) for compatibility with market flashing tools used for bench programming.

After programming, the ECU becomes compatible with OBD-based tuning platforms such as:

This is a software modification service, not the sale of a physical product.

Once the ECU has been programmed, the service is considered fully rendered and non-refundable.

Service becomes non-refundable once:

No refunds will be issued if the customer changes their mind, sells the vehicle, or expects different tuning results.

ECU programming cannot be reverted to factory locked state.

Orders may be cancelled only before programming work starts.

Refund may be issued minus payment processing fees and inspection/labor costs if applicable.

Once programming begins → no refund is possible.

Once programming begins on-site, service is non-refundable.

ECUs shipped without confirmation may be refused.

Once programming begins → no refund is possible.

Diagnostic time and labor may be charged even if programming cannot be completed.

Customer is responsible for packaging, carrier selection, insurance, and transit damage prior to delivery.

Femto Miami is not liable for shipping damage before arrival.

Programming is performed using professional equipment.

If internal ECU defect exists, labor remains non-refundable.

If error is caused by Femto Miami, corrective service will be provided.

By placing an order, customer acknowledges the service is digital, irreversible, and non-refundable once completed.

Chargebacks for completed services will be formally disputed with documentation.

By submitting an order, the customer confirms understanding and acceptance of these terms.
